Sonja van den Bosch, Twinlife Marketing’s energetic founder, is a marketing consultant with more than 16 years of corporate marketing and sales management experience in Europe, Asia, North America, NZ and Australia across a variety of industries.
In Europe, Sonja worked as Life Fitness’ marketing director. In her four years in the role, she helped to grow the company’s turnover by 116% and its market share from 17% to 32%.
In Australia, Sonja was at the forefront of the online marketing revolution in the travel industry, having the global marketing responsibility for 4 high quality travel brands that relied heavily on strong online marketing.
Since launching her marketing company, Twinlife Marketing, in February 2009 Sonja has helped over 30 companies ranging from small businesses to large internationals with their marketing.
Sonja is renowned for her winner’s mentality and inspirational approach. She has built a reputation for delivering truthful, integrated marketing and sales solutions that deliver results and are implemented on time and within budget. Sonja is a people-person who enjoys transferring knowledge and skills, building teams and getting the best out of people.
Sonja holds a degree in Business Economics as well as a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Economics (specialising in Marketing and Management) from Maastricht University, the Netherlands and is fluent in Dutch, English, and German and proficient in French and Spanish.

Amy Kiu, B Com

Amy Kiu is an experienced Marketing Consultant who has been working in the sales and marketing area for over 10 years. She has worked in various Marketing Manager and Executive positions in numerous organisations across a broad range of industries including the luxury goods market, real estate, telecommunications and in the charity sector.
Amy has extensive experience in strategic planning – delivering effective and solid marketing plans that deliver real results. She also specialises in implementing advertising campaigns, events, promotions, online marketing activities, marketing communications, local area marketing initiatives and sponsorships campaigns.
Amy’s strong organisational skills and ‘can do’ attitude enables her to effectively project manage a broad range of marketing initiatives which are always delivered on time and on budget. Seeing marketing strategies come to life and delivering real benefits such as revenue and sales uplift is what she enjoys most about her work.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of NSW, Sydney.

Joanne Akkari, B Bus

Joanne Akkari has solid strategic and hands-on experience in corporate and small business marketing for over 12 years. A veteran of internet marketing, Joanne was part of the original online team who grew the Qantas website from its infancy to become Australia’s number one online travel brand and the company’s most important sales and marketing channel. She was the driver behind the redesign of qantas.com in 2002 as well as responsible for developing and implementing Qantas’ online marketing strategy until 2007.
Joanne has since founded and managed a successful online business and has consulted other businesses in developing and implementing their marketing plans. As such, she has broad experience in strategy, planning and implementation across all areas of marketing.
Joanne has a flair for design and is driven by realistic, results-driven marketing initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Marketing from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Gina Hill
Areas of expertise: Client Relationship, Project Management, Direct and Database Marketing
With over 17 years experience working in marketing agencies, across the disciplines of Database, Loyalty and Direct Marketing, Gina brings a wealth of experience to Twinlife Marketing.
Gina has implemented and managed many clients and their campaigns such as Subaru Australia, EMI Music, Virgin Records, resi home loans, CSR, Oracle, Clarins and MasterCard International. Adding to this, Gina also managed a number of not-for-profit clients and in the last 5 years helped raise over $5M for one charity alone.
With her background in database she understands the technical and analytical side of marketing and has qualifications from both the Database Marketing Institute & Australian Direct Marketing Association (ADMA).
Currently studying Graphic Design, Gina balances her analytical side with a passion for creativity and design. Gina’s very experienced in end-to-end project management as well as creative direction, production, database management, strategy and concept development, as well as online marketing.

Anne Farrell, BHA, MA (Prof Comm)

Anne Farrell is a highly capable copywriter who writes in a clear, engaging style. She is able to quickly grasp the message that clients wish to convey via their online or print marketing collateral and interpret into a style that will appeal to their target audience. Prior to becoming a fulltime copywriter, Anne spent almost three decades in senior management roles within the public health system and in the private sector in financial services. These positions along with her experience as Communications Manager for a Sydney-based not-for-profit have given her a strong degree of insight into and understanding of the management challenges and opportunities faced by many organisations.
Since launching her freelance copywriting business in 2006, she has written for more than eighty businesses ranging from large industrial firms to small businesses across a broad range of industries. She consults in all aspects of communications and offers a full range of copywriting services including SEO webcopy, newsletters, sales letters, brochures, media releases, business and marketing plans, blogs, resumes and more.
Anne enjoys working with people involved with marketing their organisations, and working towards locking onto the unique message they wish to convey. She has been entrusted with writing projects that require a high degree of insight and discretion.
Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Health Administration and a Master of Arts in Professional Communication (majoring in Professional Writing).

Caroline Schall, Honors in Diploma of Graphic design and Advertising
Areas of expertise: Corporate graphic design, brochures, case studies, flyers and marketing material.
Caroline Schall is a graphic designer with 18 years of international graphic design experience. She has worked in South Africa, London and Australia in a variety of mediums and for a variety of clients. She has worked with companies that range from pharmaceuticals, property developers, major alcohol brands, cosmetics and packaging, to managing a major event companies’ graphic design studio.
During those years she has been responsible for design to high creative standards whilst paying meticulous attention to detail. All her work is taken from concept to design and on to finished art status. The majority of work she has done includes direct marketing, brochures, corporate identities, branding and guidelines, POS, quarterly reports, print advertising and mailers.
She dedicates herself to creating effective ideas that help our clients’ brands work and likes to treat every project as if it were her first, maintaining the same level of freshness and enthusiasm. She has a very strong work ethic ensuring all jobs are not only creative in concept, but also executed with efficiency and professionalism. She looks forward to the opportunity of working on new and exciting clients and campaigns, as well as being able to use her knowledge and experience gained overseas to our client’s benefit.
