Over the last 2.5 years, I embarked on an extraordinary journey. While I continued to serve our Twinlife Marketing clients, I co-founded ONE Beyond Success, a global start-up dedicated to reshaping the landscape of learning and development. Our vision is to elevate humanity through the power of business.

During this period, I had the privilege of collaborating closely with my beautiful business partner, Mirjana. Together, we translated our vision into market-ready solutions, rolling them out to corporate foundation clients in Australia, Europe, and Asia.

Using my marketing skills
This adventure required me to flex my strategic marketing muscle and leverage my relationship skills to form a prestigious advisory board with global CEOs and business leaders. I also had the opportunity to build our brand, logo and website from the ground up.

The gift of learning something new
The greatest gift was the opportunity to continually learn and expand my knowledge in the realms of employee engagement and building culture, human behaviour, motivation, and team development. My business partner generously imparted her expertise, and as we jointly developed and facilitated our human potential workshops, my understanding grew even further.

Sounds like a dream right?
Yes it was, until we struggled to gain real traction in the market.

My heart was so believing in our offering (and I still do), yet my marketing instincts echoed a hard truth "Without market traction, you don't have a viable business." 

A humbling experience
It was a humbling experience to admit that something I was so passionate about might not succeed. I didn't want to let down those who believed in me, including myself.

When I subsequently lost my drive and energy, I made the tough decision to resign as director from ONE Beyond Success and hand back my shares.

In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity

On a positive note, this challenging period has helped me rediscover my genuine passion for marketing consulting, mentoring, and coaching. I simply love uplifting talented marketers and guiding business owners of growing companies, as this is where I can truly make a difference.

To get myself in top shape again, I engaged in many enriching conversations with friends, business contacts, and new connections. This reminded me of the immense energy I draw from talking to people from all walks of life and the power of relationships.

I've emerged reinvigorated, armed with a fresh perspective, and a clear, exciting direction to make Twinlife Marketing even better.
